A Gluten Free Bakery!

Mommy and I were off to Evanston yesterday to visit a Gluten Free Bakery. Mom called first to ask them about my list of allergies. They had some vegan muffins and a cupcake that they were holding for us. We picked up Grandma Chiodo for a ride on our way up. Wow! What a cool place! Mommy noticed that they make fresh gluten free pizza, so she ordered one without cheese but with mushrooms and olives to take and bake at Grandma's. I had a banana muffin while I enjoyed running around the place and looking at all of the cars outside the window while we waited for them to put it together. This was my first taste of pizza! Boy was it delicious!!!

Abby and Mrs. Karlie came over to play after work. Abby and I had a good time playing with all of my toys and reading my books. When I went to take my bath, Mommy saw that my back was all broken out. She couldn't figure it out.

This morning, Mommy took out a gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free frozen waffle to make for my breakfast. She noticed that it contains soy. CLICK! Maybe the pizza had soy in it too, or even that muffin. Aw!! We thought we found a good thing, but not so sure now. I ate the blueberry muffin this morning for my breakfast. Mom's going to watch my skin and see how I do. Maybe the pizza, maybe the muffin, maybe both contained soy!

Regardless, it was a delicious treat!
